Modding Tupa – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Modding Tupa store. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from Modding Tupa, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase, download, access, or use our products.

These Terms of Service apply to all digital products sold by Modding Tupa, including but not limited to FiveM EUP products, scripts, textures, assets, files, configurations, updates, and other digital content.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Modding Tupa are digital products. Products are delivered electronically through Tebex or another stated delivery method.

The buyer understands that digital products may be accessed immediately after purchase, which means purchases cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

2. No Refunds

All purchases are final.

Modding Tupa does not offer refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or compensation after a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

Refunds will not be issued, including but not limited to the following situations:

The buyer no longer wants the product.

The buyer purchased the wrong product.

The product does not fit the buyer’s server without modifications.

The buyer does not know how to install the product.

The buyer’s server has compatibility issues.

The buyer’s own server, framework, resource, or file causes an issue.

The buyer has been banned, left a project, or shut down their server.

The buyer claims the product is no longer needed after purchase.

If a product contains a real issue, Modding Tupa may, at its own discretion, provide a fix, update, or guidance. This does not create an automatic right to a refund.

3. No Reselling

Reselling Modding Tupa products is strictly prohibited.

The buyer may not sell, share, rent, trade, gift, leak, distribute, publish, repackage, or provide the products to any third party in any form.

This restriction also applies to modified versions of the products. Modifying a product does not give the buyer the right to resell or distribute it.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Selling the product in another Tebex store.

Sharing the product on Discord.

Uploading the product to a file-sharing service.

Selling the product as part of another package.

Giving the product to another server.

Publishing the product for free.

Claiming the product as your own work.

Using the product in a commercial package without permission.

If reselling, leaking, or unauthorized distribution is detected, Modding Tupa reserves the right to revoke the buyer’s access, remove the license, and take any necessary further action.

4. Ownership and License

The buyer does not receive ownership of any Modding Tupa product.

When purchasing a product, the buyer receives only a limited license to use the product. This means the buyer may use the product on their own server or project, but all ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain with Modding Tupa or the original rights holder.

The buyer may not claim that the product is their property, fully owned by them, or created by them.

The buyer may also not market the product in a way that suggests they are the original creator or owner of the product.

All product files, code, textures, designs, models, structures, and other content are protected digital materials. They may only be used according to these terms.

5. Product Modifications

The buyer may modify the product for their own server, if the product allows modification. However, all modifications are made at the buyer’s own risk.

Modifying a product does not remove Modding Tupa’s rights to the product and does not give the buyer permission to sell, share, distribute, or claim the product as their own.

If the buyer modifies the product and it stops working, Modding Tupa is not responsible for fixing issues caused by the buyer’s own modifications.

6. Use on One Server

Products are intended to be used only in the buyer’s own project or server unless the product description states otherwise.

Sharing the product across multiple servers, communities, or projects without separate permission is prohibited.

If the buyer wants to use the product in multiple projects, they must contact Modding Tupa and request separate permission.

7. Support and Installation Help

Modding Tupa may provide support related to its products at its own discretion.

Support may include:

Installation instructions.

General troubleshooting guidance.

Small product-related advice.

Update-related information.

Support does not automatically include:

General server issues.

Conflicts caused by other resources.

Framework issues.

Mistakes made by the buyer.

Major custom edits.

Turning the product into a completely different use case.

Free installation service, unless specifically promised.

Modding Tupa does not guarantee that products will work in every server environment without modifications, because FiveM servers, frameworks, and resources may differ from each other.

8. Product Compatibility

The buyer is responsible for checking before purchase that the product is suitable for their intended use, server, and required systems.

Product descriptions may mention requirements such as framework, dependencies, file format, or other technical information. The buyer must read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Modding Tupa is not responsible for issues caused by the buyer failing to read the product description or failing to confirm compatibility before purchase.

9. Unauthorized Sharing and Leaking

Leaking, sharing, or publishing products without permission is strictly prohibited.

If the buyer leaks a product or participates in unauthorized distribution, their license may be revoked immediately without compensation.

Modding Tupa reserves the right to collect necessary information to investigate misuse and protect its products.

10. Copyright

All products, images, texts, names, files, code, graphics, and other materials in the Modding Tupa store are the property of Modding Tupa or its partners unless stated otherwise.

Copying, reproducing, publishing, or using the products in a way that violates these terms is prohibited.

The buyer agrees to respect Modding Tupa’s copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

11. Prohibited Use

The buyer may not use the products for:

Illegal activity.

Scamming or fraud.

Damaging other servers.

Unauthorized distribution of products.

Damaging Modding Tupa’s reputation.

Reselling or republishing the product.

Claiming the product as their own property.

Modding Tupa may revoke the license if the product is misused or these terms are violated.

12. Updates

Modding Tupa may release updates, fixes, or improvements to products at its own discretion.

Not all products are guaranteed to receive continuous updates. The buyer does not automatically receive the right to future additional features unless specifically stated in the product description.

Modding Tupa may also stop updating a product or remove it from the store without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

Modding Tupa is not responsible for damages, losses, server issues, missing files, loss of players, loss of income, or any other direct or indirect damages related to the use of the products.

The buyer uses all products at their own risk.

Modding Tupa does not guarantee that a product will work perfectly in all environments or with all other resources.

14. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:

Installing the product.

Backing up their server.

Checking compatibility.

Using the correct files.

Keeping the product files secure.

Making sure the product is not shared with others without permission.

The buyer must ensure they have the required knowledge and skills to use the product before purchasing.

15. License Revocation

Modding Tupa reserves the right to revoke the buyer’s access to products if the buyer violates these terms.

Access may be revoked, for example, if the buyer:

Shares the product without permission.

Resells the product.

Claims the product as their own.

Violates copyright.

Misuses the product.

Opens an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.

Acts harmfully toward Modding Tupa.

No compensation will be issued if access is revoked due to violation of these terms.

16. Payment Disputes

Opening unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks may lead to license revocation.

If the buyer has an issue with a product, they must first contact Modding Tupa and allow the issue to be reviewed.

Opening a payment dispute without a valid reason may be considered a violation of these terms.

17. Changes to Terms

Modding Tupa reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes take effect once the updated terms are published in the store or in another place stated by Modding Tupa.

The buyer is responsible for checking the terms regularly.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a product from Modding Tupa, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If the buyer does not follow these terms, Modding Tupa may restrict or revoke the buyer’s access to products without refund.
